Happening at the Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood, ALOHAFEST is a festive Hawaiian-style jam session with an exciting mix of exotic sounds and rhythms from the Pacific Island cultures, including Hawaiian folk-rock music.
Get into the vibrant and lively kanikapala, an explosive cultural experience with live music and dancing that celebrates the Polynesian way of life. Presented by the Pacific Talent Academy of the Arts, ALOHAFEST features exciting live bands from Southern California and the Pacific Islands, including Nonosina, a world-renowned group that illuminates Tahitian and Samoan cultures through music, dance, and drums.
Dance the night away to the sounds of the Common Kings, playing unique island music that infuses R&B and contemporary island reggae beats. The Samoan Fire Knife Show adds an exciting glow to the evening festivities with a performance by past fire knife championship winners.
