Your customer service was exceptional as was your friendly atmosphere. You make your customers feel like they are number one at all times. Your assistance in locating things to do and see and information in how to get there was very helpful. I would rate your service as the best I have ever experienced. Extremely satisfied with my stay. Nice to stay in a small hotel with more intimate service. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the room very clean, quiet and comfortable. Slept so well. The location was central to all LA attractions and near the hop on and off bus. I made the right choice and will stay again. I highly recommend the Elan Hotel. It is exceptional.
