Were you born to drive? If the answer is "yes" you need to put the pedal to the medal and get to Los Angeles to see the complete transformation and redesign of The Petersen Automotive Museum. The museum opens it doors to the public on December 6th in what could be the grand re-opening of the region, celebrating its 21st year anniversary, it's bold new look and game-changing new exhibits. On this Preview Day, attendees can expect market disrupting technology and some good old-fashioned excitement.
For example, attendees are sure to get a kick out of the racing simulators and stand-up consoles in the Forza Motorsport Racing Experience. Buckle into these simulators on Preview Day and really burn some rubber. Say "goodbye" to your armchair enthusiast past and kick your adrenaline into overdrive.
Adults aren't the only ones who will be having all of the fun at this event as a special interactive experience is waiting for the little ones, too. Kids have the option to play with a Disney/Pixar Cars Mechanical Institute iPad where they can create their very own race car from top to bottom, from sketch to bells and whistles. Visitors than actually watch these cars get built as true to life pieces of the museum's collection via Augmented Reality.
